A note from the person who built this
David, you don’t know me. I’m Matthew, and I build websites for contractors and service businesses on the California coast. I built this one before asking, because it is easier to look at a real page than to listen to a pitch.
Here is what I noticed, and it is the whole reason I picked you. Your Google listing has no website on it at all. Where the link would go there is an empty slot, and Google fills it with a prompt asking whoever is looking at you to add one. Meanwhile five people have written you 5 star reviews and every one of them wrote something specific rather than just a rating. That is the hard part, and you already did it. What is missing is somewhere to send a person who wants to read it.
Everything on this page is already yours. The hours, the address and the phone number came off your listing. The five quotes are word for word from your reviews, and nothing has been cut out of the middle of any of them. Nothing is stock and nothing is invented. If a detail is wrong, it is wrong because I read it wrong, and I’d want to know.
One thing I left alone on purpose. This page describes cleaning and maintenance and says nothing about repair work, because that is where a state license starts to matter and I did not want to put words in your mouth. If you want it to say more, that is your call to make, not mine.
$950 flat if you want it, live in about a week on a domain in your name, and you own everything: the domain, the files, all of it. If it is not for you I will take it down, no hard feelings.
